Question about LG KC910 Renoir Cell Phone
Yes. I would take it back and ask the supplier to give you a model designed to work in the US.

The KC910 is not for sale in the U.S. and that is why you can't get help for this phone from LG. That said, this phone is a jewell and will work virtually everywhere. There are multiple languages built in so, all you need to do is get it into English.
From the main screen tap on the icon at the bottom right of the screen with four dots on it.
From the next screen tap the icon that looks like a flower on the bottom right of the screen (you are now in settings)
Tap on 'Phone settings' (the second icon down on the left column)
Select 'Languages' (the third item on the list)
This should get you started. I believe the instructions for accessing the internet have been answered elsewhere. If not, let me know and I'll walk you through it.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
