Question about thierry rabotin 7410G Shoes

Open Question

I have many Thierry Rabotin shoes b/o I have cervial disc problems and arthritis in my hips and feet and the are the only shoes I find comfortable. I bought 2 pairs of the same Thierry Rabotin sandals on line last year - identical shoes in different colors and one leather and one patent. One was v comfortable and one not. I always thought the uncomfortable pr was b/o it was patent leather BUT recently realized that the uncomfortable pair HAS DIFFERENT soles on each shoe ( of slightly different height). Now I understand why the sandals I paid about $400 for are not working. I am pretty sure I got them at Shoe Mania but don't have a receipt. I'd saved the boxes but someone through them all out a few months ago. Do you have any suggestions ( I cannot remember the name of the sandal type)

I am full of arthritis in knees hips hands and shoulder

This and your other posts indicate you probably do need specialist help. There are some quite heavy duty prescription pain killers available for arthritis pain but most of them have side effects and need a doctors supervision.

There are some other things which can usefully be done, like losing weight (reduces joint pressure) and aqua-exercising.

I do sympathise as I get osteoarthritis pain myself, although manageable.

If you have such access and can afford it, I'd ask the doctor for a referral to a specialist in arthritis pain management and treatment.

What is the difference between osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis?

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a condition that affects the whole joint including bone, cartilage, ligaments and muscles.

Osteoarthritis may include:

  • inflammation of the tissue around a joint

  • damage to joint cartilage - this is the protective cushion on the ends of your bones which allows a joint to move smoothly

  • bony spurs growing around the edge of a joint

  • deterioration of ligaments (the tough bands that hold your joint together) and tendons (cords that attach muscles to bones).

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that causes pain and swelling of the joints. The normal role of your body\'s immune system is to fight off infections to keep you healthy. In an autoimmune disease, your immune system starts attacking your own healthy tissues. In RA, the immune system targets the lining of the joints, causing inflammation and joint damage. RA usually affects smaller joints, such as the joints in the hands and feet. However larger joints such as the hips and knees can also be affected.

Tips on how to Choose Wear and Care for converse all star shoes

Buying Converse shoes is quite simple. Make sure one's just like the other, from the way the toe guard sits on the shoe to the distance between the eyelets. Check to see if the tongue pokes out about an inch over your laced-up shoelaces on each shoe. Here are some tips for wearing your converse shoes: •Wear quality socks that allow your feet to breathe.•Keep your laces untwisted within the eyelet space so they'll last longer and look fresher. •Make Converse your own by choosing laces in a different color or size. •Center the tongue of the shoe so they'll be more comfortable on your feet.•Make sure to confirm that wearing Converse will not create or magnify any foot problems. Bunyons, pronation, supination will all lead to more serious problems and later it will be harder to find shoes that fit and feel comfortable. When caring for your Converse shoes, just say no to bleach! Use soap and water to clean shoes without damage.

Deep pain in my right hip while walking

Symptoms of Hip Pain

Depending on the condition that's causing your hip pain, you might feel the discomfort in your:
  • thigh
  • inside of the hip joint
  • groin
  • outside of the hip joint
  • buttocks
Sometimes pain from other areas of the body, such as the back or groin (from ahernia), can radiate to the hip.
You might notice that your pain gets worse with activity, especially if it's caused by arthritis. Along with the pain, you might have reduced range of motion. Some people develop a limp from persistent hip pain.

Hip Pain Relief

If your hip pain is caused by a muscle or tendon strain, osteoarthritis, or tendinitis, you can usually relieve it with an over-the-counter pain medication such as Tylenol or a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as Motrin or Aleve.
Rheumatoid arthritis treatments also include prescription anti-inflammatory medications such as corticosteroids, or disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) like methotrexate and sulfasalazine.

Another way to relieve hip pain is by holding ice to the area for about 15 minutes a few times a day. Try to rest the affected joint as much as possible until you feel better.
If you have arthritis, exercising the hip joint with low-impact exercises, stretching, and resistance training can reduce pain and improve joint mobility. For example, swimming is a good non-impact exercise for arthritis. Physical therapy can also help increase your range of motion.
When osteoarthritis becomes so severe that the pain is intense or the hip joint becomes deformed, a total hip replacement (arthroplasty) may be a consideration. People who fracture their hip sometimes need surgery to fix the fracture or replace the hip.
Call your health care provider if your pain doesn't go away, or if you notice swelling, redness, or warmth around the joint. Also call if you have hip pain at night or when you are resting.
Get medical help right away if:
  • The hip pain came on suddenly.
  • A fall or other injury triggered the hip pain.
  • Your joint looks deformed or is bleeding.
  • You heard a popping noise in the joint when you injured it.
  • The pain is intense.
  • You can't put any weight on your hip.

Thierry Rabotin sandals

This is an unpleasant result. Is it sweat that is causing this? You can put foot powder on the insole to test this out. You may need to do this each time you put these on for a while. Best wishes in getting it sorted out!

How to Choose Children's Shoes?

When purchasing a first pair for your chaild you should consider the following things: 1.Wait to buy shoes until your child starts to walk.
2.
When it's time for your baby's first pair of shoes, take your well rested, recently fed child to a quality children's shoe store that stock brands such as Stride Rite and Elefanten. The best stores have patient and knowledgeable salespeople who are expert at fitting children's feet.
3.Have the salesperson measure the length and width of both of the child's feet. Many babies have an extra wide foot and may need a special size.
4.
Make sure the shoes aren't too big, which can cause a baby to trip. First shoes should be soft and pliable to let new walkers feel the ground.

My groom is very tall. Should I wear very high heels to reduce our height difference?

Not necessarily. Bridal shoes are rarely made with very high heels because designers know that you'll be on your feet for ten hours plus. Remember, if your feet hurt, it could spoil your whole day, so don't put height before comfort. However, if you are used to wearing very high heels and are comfortable in them, go ahead.
