Sounds like the Ignitor unplug the ignitor check for continuity if no continuity replace Ignitor or you can usually see the crackon the Ignitor with white residue.

I have installed honeywell aquastat relay per instruction manual on my dunkirk xeb-4 lp boiler furance with honeywwell ignition unit s8610u but it wont ever start the exhaust fan checked everything several...

If aquastat wirings are ok, and control module had been set up properly, the the furnace should start.
Check if bypassing the control the furnace starts, if it starts then check aquastat wirings.
If it depends on the furnace, check the valve, the safety sensor and the ignitor.
Here is the guide to set up the Aquastat control:

I have a frideadaire furnace 80 or 90 with a honeywell valve VR8205S2288 i just installed the furnace , it turns on light on the board is on , can see the igniter getting red hot ,i can feel a double

No on the 220 that system board is standard 120 Vac.
Please check again if there is gas. New installations sometimes have air in them and they need to be bled - removing the air by purging. Your description leads me to assume your call for propane gas from you electronic valve cycling on and off. Your ignitor is getting red hot which is the first stage.
there is however a infra-red sensor which opens the electronic gas valve when I sees the glowing infra-red ignitor. If it fails to see the glowing ignitor it will not open the gas valve. Look for a glass type window plate which should be or next to the ignitor. This plate could be blocked or need to be cleaned. If not then most likely the infra-red sensor may also need to be replaced

Hi I have a Rinnai 100f Space Heater. Found it with a blinking red light.. Whe I shut it off to restart it. It restart by hearing the combumsion fan start up then go off with error code 53. Manual says...

Could be one or several issues here. Here is how system works first the combustion motor started then pressure switch closes (that's the part with the small hose connect to ),make sure all exhause is clear. Now when that closes and all safety ok then gas valve open then furnace ignite.
If you have 24 volt to gas valve and could hear valve open (a clicking soind) and no ignition then you have a ignitor issue .if it's a glow type ignitor it should glow ,if not replaced .If it's a spark ignitor you should be to hear it sparking .Normally a spark ignitor will have a orange hose going to it .Trace orange hose back to board and disconnect from board then check for voltage from metal pin that hose was connected to ,you should have very high voltage and should hear it clicking ,If all safety is good ,pressure switch is good ,gas valve is open and no spark from ignition board then board is bad.If you can hear spark from board and getting high voltage then replaced ignitor or try cleaning it out with sand paper most time that healp

Hello, it sounds like your Furnace might be shutting off due to your high limit switch.A limit switch will open when the furnace overheats due to low airflow, . check air filter, clean blower wheel, and check to make sure the blower wheel is running at proper speed and not dragging sometimes cause by a weak capacitor. Anything that restricts airflow will cause a limit switch to open.

Our Honeywell programable thermostat keeps clicking and furnace isn't turning on. Changed the batteries but still doing the same thing. Suggestions?

Clicking is the sound of the ignitor trying to ignit the gas. Check to make sure the gas valve is turned on, the gas **** is in the on posistion. If they are you will need to replace the gas valve.
