Clear paper jam pcr t2000

It\'s very unusual for the paper to jam as this machine uses a clam shell type of printer. Just raise the printer arm and remove the paper roll. Clear any paper from the print head and roller etc. Tear any wrinkled paper from the roll and then refit the roll with the shiny side of the paper towards you. Lay the paper in the printer and close the printer arm down onto the paper. If you are setting the journal side, wind some paper onto the takeup spool after it exits the printer and sit the spool into place.

I have a casio PCR-T2000 cash register, and i want to know if there is a way to reprint a Z report (or close of business day sales) from a few days ago. our paper copy has been mangled beyond readability...

It is lucky you have a double roll machine. All you need to do is unwind the journal takeup spool and find the report you need. if you need another copy, just photocopy that position on the roll. Problem solved :-) -----------------------------------------------------------------------

My casio PCR -T2000 won't print receipt paper. The paper is not moving. There is no error on the screen. There is no jam. It is the correct thermal paper. I've tried turning power off and on and...

You haven't mentioned the journal roll, so I will assume it prints the journal but not the receipt. What happens if you press the post receipt button at the end of a sale. Does it print daily reports on both rolls? --------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a PCR-T470 and the tape reel will not roll up the printed tape, it has not worked properly since It was new. The tape just bunches up under the cover throughout the sales day.

You probably forgot to tell the machine that you wanted to use it as a journal machine. Set the printer type to journal and the takeup motor should start working.

My casio cash register PCR-T2000 shows "JPAP--END E12 0.00" and freeze, no buttons work. I tried reconnect the power, same. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot!

I'm a little late, but for future reference, and anyone else with this problem, you have to change the journal paper feed. The one that updates with every purchase, and keeps a record of every single transaction. :) Hope this helps!

Just power up the register while holding down the journal feed button with the key in program. Hit subtotal when all 0's appear.
