Question about Philips Standard 107S 17" CRT Monitor
It is a monitor problem , specifically circuit Front (on / off , menu , brightness, contrast ) . Solve it by opening the front and removing, with a screwdriver, the buttons who are causing the problem ( in my case the "menu" and "brightness" buttons).

Sounds like just a system error have it. Can you reset it?
