Question about Samsung Wave S8500 Smartphone

Looked at the timne this morning after being at work a little bit (started at 8pm) thought damn its going slow today looked again a little wile later said the same time 8:21 tryed turning it off wouldnt respond took the battery out and now wont turn on recently its been not allowing me to hear people when making phone calls please help.

There could be many problems, but none of them can be solved by troubleshooting.

The two most likely issues are water damage, or a hardware/electrical problem caused by damaged internal components.

To determine if there is water damage, open the back panel and remove the battery. Behind where the battery normally rests, or below it, there will be a small circular sticker. If that sticker is white, then it has not been exposed to moisture. If it is any other color then your phone has water damage.

If you cannot find water damage then your phone is either suffering from a damaged hardware. However, in the off chance that your phone is only suffering from a minor error hold down the power button while the phone is not plugged in and there is no battery inserted for about one minute. Then insert the battery and attempt to turn the phone on.

If this doesn't help your only hope is contact your carrier and see if you can get it replaced.

I would recommend that you reset the device. You can do this by taking the battery out when the handset is powered on, wait 1 minute, and then power the device back up. If this does not resolve the issue, then I would recommend that you contact your wireless provider. The handset should have come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, and they can initiate the exchange, it should be free. If that is not an option for you, then I would recommend that you seek a cellular repair shop, they can resolve the issue for a fraction of the cost of a new handset.

Low oil pressure on 08 gmc seirra


With fuel injection if the pressure goes to low the fuel pump will stop and the lifters will get noisy.If you are seeing 10 lbs hot at idle I wouldn't worry to much.
If you have a high mileage vehicle and live in a warm climate,go for 20w50 oil at your next oil change,some use straight 40w oil to help oil pressure on worn engines.

I am a bit confused by your remark
"at night after 8pm" but I think I understand.
I have personal experience that FULL-MOON affects
PEOPLE... but the CARS/TRUCKS... Not so much.

My guess is a READ-OUT of your DIAGNOSTIC
TROUBLE CODES
(DTC) would (in the hands of
an accomplished mechanic is going to point out
your issue(s).

Some muffler shops and parts houses provide
these services for FREE...
(just know your options/prices before you go
(see below)).

Other than I personally believe you are
headed HOME (family, hearth & heart) you
probably suffer the torment all day long...
but it really stings when you want to be home...
I doubt any OTHER relevance to "8pm"...
ESPECIALLY since about 70% of this planets'
people just set our clocks forward AN HOUR
only a few weeks ago...

Another thing that has baffles... is your muffler.
Although the exterior MAY look intact...
195,000 miles is not a bad ... I have experienced
your trouble...

When a car runs "sometimes" that eliminates a
TON of considerations... (things that are OK).

Once the code are read... the FIRST MISTAKE
EVERYBODY makes is to change out perfectly
good OXYGEN SENSORS...

They are only upset because your
catalytic converter AND/OR muffler
are LIKELY keeping your EXHAUST from
getting out...

Just a thought...

A few possibilities.... bent rim, broken steel belt in tire, or a wheel weight that keeps the tire/wheel combination in balance has fallen off. Not sure how big the bump was, so other options would be suspension related. I would check the tire and/or wheel first.
