Cleaned the first filter as you recommended, I am wondering if I should clean and remove the second metal filter? It takes a little bit more work but with a long handle screwdriver I may be able to get it done
how course should I have the coffee grinding? I am about four clicks from the lowest setting, would I be safe in having it set in the middle?
    Thanks,
    Steve Laiche

When full, the red light comes on. It also comes on if water is out, beans are out, or your tray isn't pushed in all the way.Check the tray. -------- Are the grounds in the drawer wet?If your coffee grounds are getting wet, it sounds like the pump is getting water to the brewing chamber, but not out of it. I would first try a grind setting 2 or 3 steps coarser. If that does not work I would recommend manually cleaning the shower screen on your removable brew group. To do this, use the brew group key that came with the Vienna and loosen the plastic shower screen retaining screw at the top left of the brew group. This will enable you to remove the shower screen for deep cleaning in case the holes are plugged by coffee dust.Saeco brew groups allow you to remove the entire shower assembly by carefully prying it out from the mounting. Sometimes there are 2 extra metal screws that you must first remove. Be careful to not drop the brew group in this disassembled state.
After a good soak in detergent and a scubbing with a small bristle brush, rinse and reassamble and then try to brew once more on the coarser grind setting.-----------
Check out this possibilities.This should help.Keep updated.Thanks.Helpmech.

Yes it will be safe, in the middle.
    --------
set the grind about four clicks from the maximum setting. This makes bit strong coffee.------
    Try this.this should help.keep updated.thanks.Helpmech.

I had a similar problem
Mine was caused by an "oily" type of coffee beans. Grind was accumulating in the grinder.

I did open the machine and cleaned the grinder physically. At least, try to remove all beans and sucked with a vacuum the interior of the grinder screw.

Good luck

Hi. Sounds like a blocked or jammed brew unit. Remove brew unit and clean. To properly do this, you need to disassemble the brew unit. Canbe quite hard to do. The brew units are usually held together with plastic tabs, and may have to remove some screws to allow these tabs to release units assembly. Dazza REPAIRER

Saeco Incanto Rondo right red light is on and I cannot make coffee. The machine grinds the beans but does not dispense any coffee.

Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.

If this does not work there may be another thing to try, Let me know support@cerinicoffee.com

I Have descaled my Saeco Odea Go but still it doesnt brew coffee

That is serious, that means the grinder is jammed or not working. To check the components of the machine follow these instructions.
Press and hold the steam button and turn on the machine, when you see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction, release the button. Turn the coffee dial to the left and press the steam button, the grinder should turn. Dial on the right and pressing coffee ****. water pump runs. Press steam ****. brew group go up, dial 1/4 to left B/Group down.
If grinder not turning the motor is bad. Hope it will help to find out.

The coffee bean red light is on and it won't brew espresso. Cleaned out coffee bean compartment, turned off then back on and the light is still on and unable to brew. Have no idea where the manual is?...

Sounds like you have a blockage in you grind passage. Try removing the brew group. Then inside on the roof of the machine where the brew unit was setting there is a drop chute where the coffee is dropped into the brew unit. From the left side of the drop chute pull down and back, and it will drop coffee. This will clear an opening that relieves pressure on the passage. There is a passage inside the drop chute area that goes to the grinder. Vacuum it out. It will be on the backside of the drop chute.
Once that is cleared go to the bean hopper. There are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the large knob to the largest number. You can turn the knob to a larger number any time but it has to be grinding to turn to a smaller number. Now replace everything and make your coffee. Once you have made your coffee you can turn the knob back to a number that was higher than the one you had it on, but only when the grinder is running.

Cleaning light will not quit blinking after cleaning

The same thing happened to our Mr. Coffee this week! I followed the instructions about running vinegar through, then rinsing several times with water. However, the light would not stop blinking. We did by-pass the light by setting the timer for delayed brewing and it worked. However, that blinking light came on again. Then, my husband tired the vinegar wash again but instead of doing it one time, he ran the same vinegar through 6 times until the light went out! Then he proceeded with the water rinse. Our Mr. Coffee is working again!

Re: no coffee comes out after the grinding and loading stages!

Sounds like your coffee grinder is grinding too fine. I would up the size of your grinder. The larger the numbers the coarser the grinds. Also, should descale the machine if you haven't in a while. One of these two things may help.

Also, if the above two things do not work you can try to clean out your grinder using the instruction #2 posted on the website http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_technical_documents.asp

Flashing water light - will drain water but will not make coffee

Something is wrong on the coffee cycle side of the machine. Check the brew unit screens and and try doing a preground cycle with out inserting coffee. IF water comes out, I would looking into your grinder a little bit and try increasing the grinder size.
