Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines

1 Answer

Keurig B66 (and also B60) models that don't work. The B66 won't power and the B60 seems to have a pump problem. Unfortunately, the pumps are not the same so I can't make one coffee maker out of two. I am trying to fix this for a group of school teachers... at no cost.

My Keurig B66 is not pumping or sucking the water to brew. It will brew a cup here and there but not the way it should. There is plenty of water in the reservoir. You can hear it trying to pump the water...

I had the same problem. I called Keurig at 1-866-901-2739 and they are sending a replacement machine to me as they said this problem is not repairable.

Have Keurig B66 have moved and tried to start by filling the reservoir but i don't hear the pump take in the water and the indicator flashes NOT Ready. What do I do? I don't have the manual.

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...
