Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
This is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve- the hot water one, if the washer is hot and cold fill, and the cold one if it is just cold fill! It's not closing correctly and closed is its 'default' and no power position.
Sorry but it needs replacing and a service call ;-0(
Good luck,
John C

E13 is a dispenser error the appliance diagnostic believes the appliance is full of water so won't release the lock first thing to try is the drain filter bottom right hand corner at the front unscrew it clean and refit just be prepared it's likely u will get some water out it when u remove it.

Open the door

This is either blocked pump, pressure chamber or a heater fault. The door will not open if there is excess water in the drum (check filter) or if the pressure switch does not drop out to indicate drum is empty (pressure chamber blocked). If the unit does not heat during the cycle the unit will time out and you have 1 min left on display (heater short or open circuit). Probably not a PCB fault but a specific component. Turn the machine off at the mains for a minute and then select a cycle but don't start the machine, the door should opne after a minute or two if the fault is not one of the first two mentioned above. There is a slight possibility that it is the door lock itself.
Hope this helps

Hi, I tried inserting a drill bit and turning clockwise (into the Bosch Nexxt 300 washer) but the little round door won't release. I can feel the spring inside depressing when I push in the drill bit....

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Had the same problem with our Bosch, cap would not even turn!
Suggestions-
pour anticalc/limescale fluid into any gap there is around the cap. Empty the machine and you can switch it off providing the door is open! Then pour the contents of at least 2 sachets of proprietary anticalc powder/liquid into the drum direct together with a kettle full of boiling water. Leave overnight at the very least. The following day run just a spin cycle as then there will be no water diluting the mix. This mix will go through the filter and motor and is likely to help release the filter/cap. If you feel like it, do the overnight again. If nothing else it will ensure that the heater element is clean!
I had to spend a couple of hours gently turning the cap back and forth until it finally released its hold- but the filter did not remain attached to the cap by its rubber ring. More patience, anticalc fluid and all was revealed!
I now run an anticalc clean regularly............which reminds me..............!

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Bosch Excel 1200 washing machine stops at spin cycle, doesn't seem to be draining properly. If I open front drainage hatch to let water out the machine will start its spin cycle. Happening every wash...

Your filter will be clogged, causing the empty pump not to drain in time (usually they get about 8 minutes and fault out). If the picture I have of your machine is correct, there is a small door at the bottom of the machine on the right. Open the door, unscrew the filter, clean and replace and all should be well. NOTE: It's worth tipping the machine back by 45 degrees when you do this so any water left in the machine doesn't pour out, but having a couple of towels to hand would still be a good idea.

Please add a comment if the above has not fixed your problem and I will try to help further

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Here are my guidance notes on what I did ;-0)

ALSO CHECK THE MOTOR'S OPERATION WHEN THE FILTER IS OUT- JUST IN CASE IT IS STRUGGLING AGAINST GUNGE!
I now run an anticalc clean regularly............which reminds me..............!

E o4 displays. will not unlock. tried pouring

turn off at mains checking no water left in drum should release after that sound like faulty door lock or not draining fully, it wont let you open the door till the water has gone well below the door seal.
