Question about Fuji Cameras
I have had success with this photo recovery program called asoftech photo recovery... Download the program
You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Your card may have been damaged during the transition. I would suggest trying Cardrecovery: http://download.cnet.com/CardRecovery/3000-2192_4-10472984.html and see if you can recover the corrupt/damaged files.

Memory Card recovery software identifies the memory card as hard drive and recovers all possible data including audio, video, and image files from it. Once data is recovered, the user can save it to the desired partition. http://www.memorycardrecovery.org/

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
