I read about just ground the parking brake wire it should serve your purpose. Don't need a code, just get a toggle switch and hook that to the yellow/blue wire and with the other side ground to the small lil screw where you will see a small lil short wire and then all u have to do is fallow the screen with the e brake but just flip the switch 3 times with the whole one sec then off for 3 sec then on.

I quote the post from other owners problem...

The way you bypass the E Brake is you have to ground the wire to the radio sleev itself. There are two different peices. The radio itself and the sleeve that holds the radio in place. Take the yellow wire (the ebrake wire, not the yellow ignition wire) and open the metal connector up just slightly. Attach that wire to the top of the sleeve on 1 of the teeth located near the front of the unit. You have to make sure that the connection is good or it will not ground. Next slide the clear plastic over the wire so the only connection is with the tooth.

Then Insert a cd or dvd in the player. Press play on the remote and then push stop 2 X times on the remote. After you have done that press 26604 on the remaote and then press enter. This will permanently unlock the parking brake feature and allow you to watch dvds while in motion.
The anti theft default code is 0000. If you need any further help you can eamial me at [email protected]
END.

Hope helps.

CD player doesn't play

It's possible the laser lens has been knocked out of alignment. If there's a code after the ERROR message, you may be able to find a solution by reading the manual for the unit - they can often be found online if you don't have one. Good luck!

My car radio just stopped working? cd player works still

if your cd player still works and plays through the speakers, but your radio wont play through the speakers. i would suggest checking the antenna in the back of the stereo. most stereo's wont even play static if the antenna is disconnected. if the antenna is connected behind the stereo go to the passenger side door usually under the glove box is another antenna connection check to see if that one is intact. if that one is it usually means the antenna itself is not tight enough on the body.

Delco stereo wont play cd-r (mp3)

I believe CDA extensions are actually just shortcuts to the audio file and not the actual audio file. You will want to convert your MP3's to .wav in order to play them in your radio. Roxio and Nero version 4 and higher will automatically do this for you and a version should have come with your computer or CD burner. Just place the MP3's in the record section and select output audio CD.
