You can try uninstalling the current driver completely (from device manager), rebooting, and then reinstalling this driver: http://eu.msi.com/service/download/nbdriver-15121.html

have you tried going to your makers website and downloading the drivers for the ethernet controller? sounds like bad drivers that need to just be re-installed

I believe the Realtek controller is for the cable that plugs into a cable modem or DSL modem. Low connectivity normally applies to a wireless connection, not a wired one. Pleas let me know if you have any more questions.

The system is not finding any bootable media (Hard Drive) and is attempting to boot via the network card (PXE Boot) the error message is saying that there is not PXE network to boot from and it is exiting the process.
Generally, this is caused by a hard Drive failure. Reseat the drive and or drive connections and see if the system will find the hard drive.

It sounds like it's trying to boot from a network. Did you change the boot start up in the BIOS? If not then it's trying to boot from the Ethernet port because your hard drive is not being detected or your software is corrupted.

sounds like a driver issue try to go to toshiba's website and download the latest drivers for the NIC card.

install new NIC drivers from your laptop manufacture's site.
