What does 7.62939453E-23 mean? How can i calculate this to all the right decimal points? I undestand that the number is too big but is there another way of doing this?

First let us start with some corrections of the terminology.
You are trying to calculate (not solve) 0.5^17. The result is 0.00000762939453. The calculator will truncate it or round it up to 0.000007629
In scientific notation it becomes 7.62939453 x10^-6. The calculator may display the power of 10 as E-06
If you obtained 7.62939453E-23 you certainly made a mistake. Contrary to what you think, such a number is extremely SMALL. here is how you would write it on paper
0.000 000 000 000 000 000 000 076 293 945
The first significant digit is at the 23rd position after the decimal mark.

Total space problem. i have a buffalo turbo usb ministation 160GB but when i open my computer it has only a total size of to make it 160GB?......please help

The windows use some space for space addresing but not that much

It shoves 149 GB because manufacterers use the terms gigabyte in metric (base ten) way.

IT means 160 GB = 160 * 1000 MB = 160 000 * 1000 KB= 160 000 000 * 1000 Bytes

when you convert that in Gigabyte that computer use (1GB = 1024MB, 1MB = 1024 KB, 1 KB = 1024 Bytes) you get:

160 000 000 000 Bytes = 160 000 000 000 /1024 KB = 156250000 / 1024 MB = 152587,890625 / 1024 GB = 149,011 GB

How do i change L to mL on the casio fx-115es

The scientific prefixes are
  1. Giga = 1 billion ( times 1 000 000 000)
  2. Mega = 1 million (times 1 000 000)
  3. Kilo = 1 thousand (times 1000)
  4. deca = 10 (times 10)
  5. deci = one tenth ( divided by 10) or multiply by 0.1
  6. centi = one hyndredth (divide by 100) or multiply by 0.01.
  7. milli = one thousandth (divide by 1000) or multiply by 0.001
  8. micro = one millionth (divide by 1 000 000) or multiply by 0.000 001
  9. nano = one billionth (divide by 1 000 000 000) or multiply by 0.000 000 001
So 1 milliliter = 1mL = 1L/1000 = 0.001 L
1L = 1000 mL
It is instructive to learn the meaning of these prefixes, because they always mean the same thing, regardless of the units you are dealing with.
Ex: The population of the Earth is about 6 Gigapersons (It does not exists, but it illustrates the principle. I hope you win a jackpot of 10 megadollars. (M$)

Hope it helps.

Can somebody help me what this mean? Error Code: E100 0001- E100 0002 it is a canon LBP5000

  • E061-0001 (Potential ON)
  • E061-0002 (Potential OFF)
  • E100-0001
  • E227-0004
  • The pin is broken on the Primary Fan 2 Duct. The Laser Shutter is activated by the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly. The linkage is pinched not allowing the laser shutter to be fully actuated (may also indicate E227-0004). Faulty Laser Scanner Assembly.
  • Defective DC Controller PCB Assembly.
  1. Check the shutter operation and the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly. If the pin is broken replace the Primary Fan 2 Duct (iR6570 : FC6-3540-000 / iR5075 : FL2-5834-000) or the Primary Fan Duct Assembly (iR6570 : FM2-3074-000 / iR5075 : FM2-9694-000). If the Laser Scanner Assembly (iR6570 : FM2-3670-000 / iR5075 : FM2-9832-000) has been replaced and error codes E100-0001/ E227-0004 are intermittently indicated, proceed to the next step.
  2. Remove the Primary Fan Duct Assembly (this assembly has a pin on it that activates the laser shutter).
  3. Remove and reinstall the Laser Scanner Assembly.
  4. Install the Primary Fan Duct Assembly. This should free the linkage allowing the laser shutter to be fully actuated.
  5. Finally a DC Con clear resolved both of the intermittent issues (E100-0001/ E227-0004).

Cannon D780 All in One Laser Printer System Error 000

System error 000 means a fault occured 4 times in a row. You can reset this fault code and the copier should start working again. I assume you had other fault codes before you received this one, otherwise you would of never got the 000 code. To reset this code, you need to go into service mode. I dont have the instructions at this very moment, but I will get them and post them tomorrow.
