Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Have you tried removing the battery in the Laptop? I mean powering up the computer without the battery on it? You just have to use the power cord on it. In this way, we can check which one is having a problem.
There are three possible problematic parts in the computer. 1. Power cord, 2. Battery, 3. Motherboard.
What you need to do is to isolate the problem. So, try turning on the computer by using the power cord alone. Let me know if what happens later on by leaving a comment in this post and I'll attend to you as soon as possible.
