Question about HEWLETT-PACKARD HP Pavilion DV6-3013CL 2GHz Phenom X4, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 (WQ685UARABA) PC Notebook
if you go to
over to and right click on my computer andgo down to properties
then go over to the left to device manager
then scroll down to mouse/pointing devices
un install the touchpad
then restart the laptop
and hopefully windows will re install it correctly
also if neccessary pressing FN+F7 to make sure that the touchpad is enabled
if still no luck go to
go to support/downloads search your make model and windows 7
then scroll down for the touchpad driver
then restrart and once again if necc press the FN+F7 to enable the touchpad
