Question about Lexmark X1240 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Try to reset it by removing the power plug form the printer and waite for about 10 minutes ,then reconnect the power cord switch it on again and see if the error has gone.
Also reinstall the software for the printer and see what error code it provides.
