Question about Televison & Video
2~3 years is typical, I just fixed 32" SAMSUNG due to bad power supply because it uses cheaply made capacitors.
The TV may have dying power supply due to bad caps, I would have it fixed before it gets worst and causes more damages other circuits.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
