Here is a quick checklist for you.
1. Ensure cables are plugged in. 2. Check to see if any lights are coming on, do you hear any noises coming from pc, specifically from the power supply? 3. Check to see if the voltage on the power supply has been changed (usually a small red switch on the power supply)
