Not sure what your question is, but if you're trying to downgrade your phone's baseband, you're out of luck. Once it's upgraded, that's that.
Sorry.

Im using now iphone 3g firmware 4.1 after downgrading it from 4.2.1 firmware baseband 06.15.00...is there any possibilities to jailbreak my iphone?recently i tried to jailbreak it using custom IPSW in...

Hi you can still jailbreak your phone with redsn0w 0.5.6b5 and you need the 4.1 ipsw for your phone download redsn0w and the ipsw files, start red sn0w when it asks for the firmware point it to your iphone software you downloaded and click next when ready.
when you get the options to download cydia just tick that box and battery percentage not ipad bootloader you already have that, then click next and follow the instuctions on the screen once redsnow has finished and your phone has rebooted install cydia with the app that has been put on by redsn0w once installed it is jailbroken you can also unlock if need be.
hope this helps.

Unlock iphone 3g running on firmware 3.1.2 with 05.12.01 baseband and bootloader 06.02

iOS 3.1.2 is obsolete already. You can still jailbreak and unlock with the latest iOS 4.0.1. You just need to update thru iTunes and read my guides on jailbreaking and unlocking on the following links:

Jailbreaking is possible. But not software unlocking. For that you must buy something like a Turbo Sim. For jailbreaking try the program called Quickpwn
