I have power going into both contactors but only coming out of one of them. my heater is not working. can u suggest any possible solutions or what may be causing the problem?

If you have power going to a contactor and power is not coming out then check for power at the coil of the contactor...
Is the contactor pulling in and the contacts bad... replace it...
If there is not power to the coil then find out why there is no power to the coil...

Homemaker AirConditioner x Kmart will not start and gives an error code of E 3 sometimes it will start and go good as gold and go all day I had a repair man come out and he did not know what was wrong 88...

E-3. Check your indoor blower motor mechanism locked or no power or poor power to blower motor. Check power to motor. If so, rotate manually. If hard, replace bearings or motor. If no power to blowe motor, replace/repair PCB. Thanks.

Power going to the pcb and the on/off switch but the user control is not lighting up. checked with electrical volt stick looks as no power going through this part and no heating produced.

if power is going into the board and not coming out . it would be the pcb board. check that all plugs n screws are tight and in correctly . probably have to buy a new board.

Fan does not turn but motor seems to be running fine

Rain should not affect an outdoor unit. It is designed to be outside. The motor that you are hearing... could this just be your compressor running? If the condenser fan is not operational the compressor will run much louder. TURN THE POWER OFF! See if the fan will spin freely if it is pushed. If it doesn't replace the fan motor. If it does you need to check the power at the contactor going to the condenser fan motor. This is 220 volts BE CAREFULL.. If power is going to the motor and the motor is not running... Change the motor and capacitor. If no power is going to it it could be a bad contactor.
Good luck....

ATWOOD MOBILE FURNACE RUNS WHEN IT WANTS/

Check your furnace for power. will be 4 wires. power ground and 2 thermostat wires. Check for power at the time delay relay, if you have power there check for power going in the fan motor, if power in motor wire, motor is bad. If no power in motor wire and power going to circuit board take the 2 thermostat wire apart and wrap the 2 together comimg from the thermostat. Fan will stat in about 30 seconds. If it does you need a control kit in the ac. But sounds to me like you have a furnace problem.

Intertherm ultraflex mobile home furnace

Is this a 120v motor, or 220v? If you checked for power, I assume you kind of know your way around a meter. When checking for power, don't check to ground, check the line. You could have power going in, but unless its going back out, completing the circuit, or missing a leg, in 220v case, it still will not work. Also, most heaters have some sort of delay, so after you hook it back up, and the burner heats up wait a few minutes for the fan to come on.
