Could be a number of problems. When you turn it on, does it make any beeps whatsoever? Do your speakers make the audio sounds they normally make when it loads Windows? If so, you likely have a bad display (monitor). Check the connections from the monitor to the PC to see if they are all connected snug.

If that doesn't work, try unplugging the PC for a few minutes. Press the power button while it's unplugged to discharge all of the power. Plug it back up and try it again.

Another possible problem could be the power supply. Bad RAM can also cause this problem or even a BIOS that needs to be flashed.

What to do when you get no signa on the monitor and the problem is not the monitor since it works on another computer

The problem is in the video graphics card or the motherboard in the computer, but that is providing that the unit powers up and everything else appears to be running, the ram memory should be subbed out one at a time because it will cause the same symptom.

Dell xp620 is not working

No Signa where? No Wireless Signal? Or is the monitor saying No Signal?

If you are saying the Monitor says No Signal, then more than likely the Video Card in the computer is bad. Try connecting another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor does the same and displays No Signal, then your video card is bad. If the Borrowed monitor displays and works ok, then your original monitor is bad.

I have HCL Ezeebee desktop computer when we boot the system monitor, keyboard, mouse blink for a while and monitor (HCL) show 'no signal' message, and keyboard num lock led not display mouse i

No signal at the monitor indicates (if you know the monitor is working ok) a failure of the graphics chip or graphics card, The lack of indicator light on the num lock LED and the lack of power to the mouse would indicate that there is a major issue with the motherboard.
you can try using another monitor to confirm the problem lies with the graphics, and in the case of the keyboard and mouse, swap them for a usb version, if they work, the Ps2 ports are probably damaged.
I'd be thinking of replacing the motherboard

Power light blinking and no pic not even the "no signal", i'm pretty handy around components but still would like to know if it can be fixed .

Hi

Test it with a different power cable and with a different computer or laptop, to definitively isolate the fault.

The power light blinking indicates an internal power management problem.

Monitors, TVs etc. do not have a user repair friendly internal work environment. Even when disconnected from the mains, they contain large numbers of high capacity capacitors which store enough charge to seriously injure or even kill an inexperienced repairer.

Whether you attempt the repair yourself or take it to a technician, any repair will most likely involve replacing the power inversion unit, which will probably be expensive.

Monitors are inexpensive and normally have a long lifetime, so I would recommend buying a new one.

If you do opt to go down the repair route, a repair technician with lots of damaged monitors and monitor parts in stock may have a used component to replace the damaged part.

I hope this helps.

Blinking power light on desk top monitor

-Check to see if your VGA cable(the cable from your monitor to your PC) is properly connected.

if not

-unplug your PC
-remove all devices connect to it(make you remember where each component id connected)
-remove the cover
-unscrew the Graphic Card
-clean the contacts with pencil eraser
-reseat the Graphic card(make sure its is properly seated
-screw it in place
-put the cover back
-plug your pc

if this also fails

-you might have a defective graphic card

This could be a fualt with either your monitor, graphics system or cable The monitor is reporting that it is turned on but not receiving a signal from the Pc it is connected to. Check that your PC is powering on (the base unit) and check that your cables are connected, and secure (at both ends if both ends undo) if the fault persists, undo the monitor cable and inspect each end for bent / broken pins. on a 15 pin monitor cable it is common for a single pin in the center of the connector to be omitted. if you find that there are bent pins in your connector it is ossible to straighten them using a small screwdriver or pliers, however be careful as these pins are not very hardy to bending and will snap off if repetedly bent. If you cannot find a fault with the cable and the PC & monitor both are powering up properly, it may be appropriate (if you have a spare or can borrow a monitor), to test on a different monitor, if the fault persists after this there is a fault with your graphics card and you will need to have your PC serviced or replace the Graphics card.
