A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Sony Walkman NWZ S616F not able to play some songs

HI,ghp,I have reviewed your question I think the way to solve your problem is only to use some software .maybe it will take some time .but if you get one program with fast speed and high quality ,to be important,it can supports batch conversion .I 'am sure you will be satisfied with it .only click keybroad and then have a tea or go out to watch tv,when you come back ,all the music is you have put them into your walkman Nwz S616f.

Here I would like to recommend you to use this program ,which can convert bit rate to more than 32.have a try !

If this is windows

1 connect the player to your computer
2 go to 'My computer'
3 select your mp3 player's icon, until you see one of the folders marked 'Music'(or something like that)
4 then just delete the songs you want deleted.

Sorry if this didn't work, I'm short on time
