Question about Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera

I just bought a secondhand Canon Powershot A3100 and it has bad scratches on the LCD screen. Will this affect the pictures I take?

Scratches on the LCD screen will not affect the performance and quality of your pictures that will be taken using this camera , so everything should be fine with it.

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

I am unable to shoot Pictures and the screen shows complete white after Shots


you need change a lcd screen,some lcd screen is easy to broken or black. it affects the function and beatuty of the picture.

Scratched LCD screen


Not much can be done to the screen than to try using some LCD screen cleaners to clear off the dirt. These are avaiilable at TV dealers or accessories stores which can help a bit.
If not the only way out is to replace is the picture is very bad. If not try to see if you are able to SWAP one from a damaged scrapped set.

I have a Cannon powershot A3100IS I know how to delete pictures individually, but how do u delete the entire picture card?


If you want to completely erase the memory card, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sounds like your LCD might have gone bad. The LCD might cost more than the camera costs, but there are a few places on eBay that you can buy a repair and replacement service from for pretty cheap.
