Question about Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX Webcam
I'm using Windows XP and when I try to install the software for my Logitech quickcam an error message pops up on the screen saying, "Error 1720. There is a problem with this windows installer package. A
script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact
your support personnel or package vendor."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Did you install the software with the camera connected to
the computer? Disconnect the camera from the USB port and reinstall the
software. When the program asks you to connect the camera, do so, and it
should work. Hope this is of some help.
