Question about Printers & Copiers

Prints very faintly, cant read at all. printed configuration page and got nothing but some block lines colors yellow, red, blue but no printing. Printer is new and has not been used much. was alright a month ago. thanks for any help you can give.

Well ushally the ink carts have exporation dates incoded in them so after those days it almost automatically turn them off.

when you buy a new computer ink carts are 25% to max 50% full but your printer would read them as full as well

try new ink carts or contact your manufactuer and tell them that your issue and chances are its a dryed out ink cart and they will ushally send you replacements for free.

The logo in my print job is color Green but its coming out in color blue. what is the problem


Check the yellow toner cartridge, printing a configuration page.

Configuration page
The Configuration page lists the current settings and properties of the printer. You can print a
Configuration page from the printer or HP Toolbox. To print the Configuration page from the printer,
complete the following steps.
1 Press the (LEFT ARROW) or the (RIGHT ARROW) buttons to select the Reports menu.
2 Press the button (SELECT).
3 Press the (LEFT ARROW) or the (RIGHT ARROW) buttons to select Config report.
4 Press the button (SELECT) to print the Configuration page.

Yellow print OK?
No? try print with another yellow toner cartridge (Q6002A).

Too much red


I'm assuming that the colour cartridge is a three in one. Blue, Yellow and Magenta.

When printing a colour document, the printer automatically balances colour mixtures from the three primary colours listed above. Should a print out be too red, its probably because its run out of yellow and/blue.

The best way to check is to print out a test page, you should get a block for each of the colours and black. If one's missing, there's your answer.

Color printing, not so colorful. Even with new cartridges


Your model has some print quality pages built in to help diagnose and solve print problems.

1) Press <Menu>
2) Press <Down> button to highlight "Diagnostics"
3) Press the <checkmark>
4) Press <Down> button to highlight "PQ Troubleshooting"
5) Press <checkmark> to print the pages

If you see print-quality defects on the print-quality-troubleshooting pages, calibrate the printer. To calibrate the printer (optimize print quality):

1) Press <Menu>
2) Press <Down> button to highlight "Configure Device"
3) Press <checkmark>
4) Press <Down> button to highlight "Print Quality"
5) Press <checkmark>
6) Press <Down> to highlight "Full Calibrate Now"
7) Press <Checkmark>

The cartridsge printe red and blue fine. No yellow


The print head for the yellow color may be clogged. Check the manual to see how to turn on your print head's cleaning system. Run it until the yellow starts to print properly. If after running the cycle 4 or 5 times you still can't get any yellow to print you will probably have to take the printer to your local repair depot to have them diagnose the problem.

Printer won't print yellow


Either theyellow is finished or the nozzles are blocked. Try cleaningthe nozzles of the cartridge.

C88 / T060 cartridge refilling problem


sounds lke your yellow nozzle not working properly...had same issue on lexmark printer, ended up geting this epson...learnt from my mistakes...perhaps it ran dry? or you left the yellow cartridge out longer than the rest....only you might know what happened

I cant print in color


Make sure when you are printing that you go to propertys, graphics, and make sure color is selected, other than that, i woudld say contact samsung. good luck
