Greetings - your device supports Windows Media Video 9 (wmv 9) and to convert to that format you are provided with Arcsoft conversion software.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that the device's screens resolution is 320x240 and is only capable of playing video with a bit-rate up to 384 kbps @ 30 fps. It's low quality video but watchable. The machine is mostly for music.

If you stay within those parameters you should be fine. Philips will release occasional firmware upgrades to fix bugs and add increased functionality to the player every so often so I would check this Webpage every so often.

Enjoy your video and thanks for visiting Fix Ya

Hi,

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

What does status code-68-cood36be mean . i have downloaded a video from my computer straight to my xbox but wont play because it said it unsupported please advise

xbox isnt meant to read regular video formats that computers use. i can imagine microsoft uses a dedicated video format for the xbox. the CPU isnt going to know how to process the video file because it has no idea what the file does. it would be like trying to read the newspaper if it were written in mandarin chinese. you know its a "file" but dont have the capability to do anything with it

How do i turn on my sony walkman video? i just got it from a friend and i dont know how to turn it on

Ok from the main screen, go to the icon that looks like a film strip - center left, hi light it and press the play button > if you have the right format video loaded, it will show in the window, hi light the one you want to play and press the play button. Videos need to be in the w++dows or wmv format.

Dont how to put vidios on my mp3

Hi,
If you want to put your videos in a media player (such as mp4, ipod video, etc.), first you will have to convert your videos in a format (ex: .mp3 at the end of the file name is a music format, .mp4 and .wmv are video formats) that your video player recognize and will be able to read. Generally formats recognized by pocket video player are .mp4, .mpeg4 and .asf but it change in function of your model
To convert your videos you will need a software called a video converter. Sometimes a CD coming with your mp4 includes this software, but unfortunatly not always...
I can recommend you this software:
http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/downlo
MediaCoder is powerfull universal converter that will allow you to convert all your medias (video music etc) in formats of your choice, it's really easy to use and free. Try it.
Then the last thing is just to connect your mp4 to your PC (by USB, bluetooth etc in function of the model) and to transfert your videos from your pc to your mp3.
Thanks
Smith.

Hi my mk1 Nokia n95 has stopped going on the web.

u will have to format ur n95 nd u problem will be solved.*#7370#
Now regarding n97. i m using it for about 2 months. phone is gud specially after the latest firmware upgrade it really rocks. Well nokia symbian cannot be compared to i phone.
n 97 video recording is realy awesome.I recorded a video in outdoors and the quality was the best i have ever seen. also enjoying ur video songs on its 3.5 inch screen is a experience..
the audio quallity in the headphone is the best ever. i have used more than 50 phone but nothing like this and specially ur ears dont start paining even if u listen to music in headphones for long hours. and of course there is 32 gb plus mem card slot f u want. most of the times this slot is used to copy data from my frnds mem card to my 32 gb disk or vice versa.. so i would say go for it.

I WANT TO DOWNLOAD A VIDEO ON MY MP3 YP-T7F

i dont think you can download a video on your mp3 because mp3 are only for music, the application of video is different to mp3 or wav. If your using MP4 that would be really necessary can download a video format.

Supported video formats on samsung yp-p2

ATM im having alot of problems with videos on my P2, originally when i first bought it, i am pretty sure it played almost every format, MP4 to flv, but not for sum unknown reason it doesnt, and even the software emodio, (which is ****) wont even recognise these videos and when it does it doesnt even transfer into the emodio library. Really ticking me off. P2=great but there is a few teething problems that you dont get with ipods.

Video conversion

Video (eg: YouTube Videos) can be dragged onto the PVP such as Philips Sa5285/37 without using ArcSoft or Windows Video Player. Use "Mozilla FireFox 3.0.5" with "Download Helper 3.5.1 Add On" and download the selected Video from YouTube in the prescribed manner and then drag it onto your PVP by opening up "My Computer" in Windows and finding the PVP Icon (make sure your device is connected) - open it and find the Video Folder and if it is not there create one as you would on your PC. This works well as long as the Video is converted to AVI by the Add On Download Helper Convertor. Open "Preferences" window after opening FireFox Browser and opening Download Helper window. Select "Conversion" ,Double Click "Convert FLV Files From ALL to AVI Default" from main window( this would have been set as a rule ). Then Select Input Files with Extension "FLV" then "from site" "ALL" then for "Output" select AVI(mpeg4+mp3) then selct "Details" & then "General" and then "Output Format" "AVI Format" then "Video Codec" "mpeg4" then "Audio Codec" "libmp3lame". Do not go to "Advanced" and change anything -those boxes are left unchecked and just "Custom AVI" comes up for Video Format. Good Luck Friends! DWH
