Question about Fujitsu ScanSnap S510
First stop spool service "start Menu / Run/ type 'services.msc hit enter find print spooler right click on it and click on stop, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86 delete all folders restart computer , after turn on computer install latest scanner driver

Check in your scanner panel if there is any error showing like U 1 or any other message.if not then your scanner is perfect and check your system
