Reset the device to its factory settings. To reset it to factory settings, enter "Setup", select 'Reset All Settings", press [=>] button to reset the TV to its factory settings. All parameters, except the parential lock will be reset to it original factory settings. If you for got the pass code, just enter its factory reset passcode [0000]; Eventhough the set will report this to be wrong passcode, input [0000] once again. This will unlock the passcode, and you have to set a new passcode. OK.
