You have two solutions for this problem.
One is to set up your windows to a previous configuration (this may not work if you didn't choose to save a previous configuration)
One is to install again the software you accidentally deleted

1. Go to the "Start" menu and select "Program Files."
2. Scroll down the list of available programs, click "Norton Internet Security" and select "Uninstall Norton Internet Security.
3. Click "Please remove all user data including stored passwords and quarantine contents.
4. Follow the prompts of the Installation Wizard to uninstall Norton Internet Security 2010 and restart your computer.
