Try to perform a system restore on your computer. System restore can help to back date your computer to the time when you PC could open your inbox, drafts,.........
Go to Start > All programs > Accessories > System tools > System restore.
Read and follow instructions and your computer will be restarted after the system restore. Then you can try to open our mail box again.
Also, you can use another internet browser. Take for instance, if you were using internet explorer to browse, you can try Mozilla or the other way round.
