Question about Electronics - Others
I just purchased this player and can't get it to accept mp3 files off my computer. I followed the directions to use the player as a USB disk, but if I try to transfer anything over I get the message: Please insert a disk into drive G. My computer recognizes that something is there because I get the remove hardware safely icon, but it seems very confused.
I think that your pc needs the driver for your mp3. If you look around on the net, I'm sure you'll be able to download one.
If you've done this, like i usually sugest, do a reset, but only a soft-reset, so it just refreshes your mp3, and doesn't wipe the songs off.
I dont have this particular model, but i thought i'd give some general advice, as i've had similar problems on the past.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
