Question about Facebook Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Someone opened an account using details and a photo of my DOG! I politely asked them to remove it, they are refusing to do so. Submitted several reports on this issue to Facebook - no reply and no help. The account remains open. Tried all the phone numbers, they are all unobtainable! Any help much appreciated.

Are they people you actually knwo? Are they trying to represent the page as being yours? Is it, in all likelihood, a joke which should pass when you stop reacting to it? (NOT being nasty - I have 'friends' like this too!)... The only thing you can really do is tell your contacts on Facebook to Block the page with your dog on it. IF you can get on to that page, I *think* there is a report button, where you can make a response regarding "my intellectual property" / "fake page" / etc etc.

Send me your dog's "Name" on it's homepage, I'll take a look at it for you.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Is it true that votes in Chicago are being switched in the booths

No. This is news speak that is being spread by politically biased websites due to troubles that some locals had with their ballots. These troubles were purely human error, and were submitted incorrectly without asking for staff assistance. Always make sure that you ask for help if you are unsure about your ballot.

  5. Click a device to open its details page. If the device is still connected you will see a red REMOVE button. If you click this button the device will be disconnected from your account.
  6. If you think someone unauthorized has accessed your account, go to the top of the page, click "Secure Your Account" and follow the instructions.

I have tried changing facebook password its not working

Was your account disabled by Facebook? I've experienced this too [changing my password] when I was trying to revive one of my disabled accounts, thinking that by resetting the password I could get back, but to no avail. It was a fake account and they won't accept the ID's I've submitted.

Someone using my mail and password and can not sign in what is the solution for that this is my e-mail blocked joepensa@hotmail.com ifyou can answer me on joepensa65@hotmail.com thank you in advance...

Contact hotmail's costumer support in order to get your account back.
see if you can find any verification that you're the account owner.

except that, there isn't other way to gain access to your account, except asking the hacker politely (emailing your hacked address)..

How can I sign up for facebook if someone else on my e-mail address is signed up and I want my own account & password?

first, you need to create a new email address and that email address is the one you'll be using to create an account with facebook. without a valid email account, you cannot sign up for facebook. later on, once you sign up on facebook, the system will ask you to verify your email address based on what you submitted to them.

My yahoo id was been hacked

If you believe your Yahoo! account has been taken over, send an email to "account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com" using another email account (a separate Yahoo! Mail account, Windows Live/Hotmail, or Gmail).

Be sure to provide as many details about your account as possible, such as your username, date/time and personal account-related information so they can verify your identity. Being polite about the situation might help as well, as they can refuse assistance to anyone for any reason.

If/when you get your account back, the first thing you should do is change your password to a secure password that isn't being used on any other site. If you used Yahoo! Mail for your other online accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, Ebay, etc), you should also change the passwords on those accounts as well, as the attacker could have retrieved your password using your email address.
