Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You need a manual!
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
Good luck,
John C.

Black scum forming forming on rubber seal on inside of washing machine door

  • 1 Put on rubber gloves and safety glasses before commencing the cleaning process.
  • 2 Lay an old towel or drop cloth on the floor under the front of the washer to prevent floor damage as you clean.
  • 3 Fill a plastic cup with bleach and dip a tooth brush into the bleach.
  • 4 Remove the toothbrush and scrub the washing machine gasket with it to remove the black mold from it. Hold the gasket open with the fingers of your other hand so that you can clean the center grooves of the gasket where the most mold is likely to grow.
  • 5 Rinse the toothbrush in the cup of bleach and continue cleaning until you have removed the mold from the entire gasket.
  • 6 Wipe the gasket with a paper towel to remove excess bleach residue and any remaining mold.

Even There are not papers inside the printer, at start I receive the message Paper Jam. In maintenence mode, the message is Error code 36. I tried to unplug few times, same thing. I don't know what to

    Two possible causes.

    1. There is paper jammed in the purge unit or on the left side of the machine. Move the print head by hand to the centre of travel and look inside at the ends of the head travel path. You might see paper jammed in there.

    2. If there is no paper, you will have to take the machine apart and check the encoder strip on top of the head. It should fit into a slot on top of the head. If it is not in the slot, carefully reseat it into the slot, reassemble and test.

There are other more remote causes but those are the two common ones.

Phone diverts to machine after just 3rings

Hi, Here's the instructions to change # of rings. You will see that in instructions below, numer 1 says press w, actually what you press is not a w, it looks like three lines. I will also give you a link for the manual as it has good photos on page 23.

    http://safemanuals.com/brand-user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/DORO

Scroll down to the box that says, select model number, then scroll to 830R. You will have to enter the 4 numbers into the page before downloading but it's easy.
Good luck. If this helps you plz rate it 'fixya' for me. Thank you kindly.

Try this. I'm not sure if it applies to your model.

    The reset sequence used is:
    1) Crack the door open.
    2) Within 3 seconds press the following sequence - Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry, Hi Temp Scrub, Energy Saver Dry
    3) Close and latch the door
    4) Press the cancel button (the circle with the triangle in it)

First place an original on glass and make a copy -- mark #1. With that same original on the glass, move the exposure all the way light and make a copy -- mark #2. Again with the same original on the glass, move the exposure all the way dark and make a copy --- mark #3. Place #1 in the middle so the the copies read --- #2, #1, #3. The #2 should be the lightest and #3 being the darkest. If #2 is darker than #3 you have a developer problem and you need to call for service. If #1 and #2 are bad and #3 is a good copy your machine probably just needs a good cleaning, mainly the optics and charge units. If all 3 copies are still poor with the speckles, your are looking at the PCU ( photo conductive unit) also called the drum unit. You can order this unit online -- it is a customer replaceable item.
