You can find detailed steps for taking out specific malware programs by searching online looking for the program name. You didn't say which one is infecting your computer, so here is the generic method.

1. Restart your computer in "Safe Mode with networking". When you turn on the computer, press the F8 key several times when you see the computer manufacturer's logo screen. Pick the option from the list that comes up.

2. Download and install the free version of MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware. When you run it, let the program update itself and then do a quick scan.

3. When the scan completes, let MBAM fix problems it finds. It will probably want to restart your computer, so let it. When the computer restarts it should be clear of whatever was bugging you.

Once the computer is back up and running in normal mode, you can let MBAM do a complete scan if you like. This may take a while.

There are total 29 spyware, trojan rougeand adware viruses in the pc software.how ican get rid of all these please .product is window vista.hp pavilion intel core 2 quad processor

You gave no mention of anti spyware or antivirus programs.

You need to reboot your computer in safe mode (F8) as it is starting.

Once in Safe Mode, run your antispyware, antivirus and antimalware programs. then restart in normal mode and run them again.

If you have none of these programs, try:

Advance system Care
- anti spyware
AVG AntiVirus
Security 360 - anti malware, trojans

good luck

Also what anti virus and anti spyware products are you using - if anything symantec then get rid of that and use avg free or avast ( register it for free and then its free for home use )
Also for anti spyware use spybot search and destroy as well as a squared

It is a virus or spyware try running a antivirus or antispyware prog if that doesn't help you will have a choice live with it(easy, but annoying), take it in (easy, but expensive), or save all your important files and reload everything (little more difficult, but cheap). Hope that helps you out. Either way you do it make sure to always have antivirus and antispyware running, you can get good ones for free. here are some links.
