The heat sink may be clogged with dust and ifthe BIOS temperature sensor controls the fan speed then it may be compensatingfor the reduced cooling by the dust build-up.
Check the fan and heat sink assembly and remove the dust, loosen the dust anduse a can of compressed air to clear away the dust.

Dear Umashankar Ji,
Don't worry this is not a problem.
This is due to overheating of processor just like we have a radiator in our Cars.
Fan starts when the car is heated up. same case with the processors and their fans.
so dont worry.
Thankyou

My dell optiplex gx 620 system fan run so fast and produse a lot of noise when i play games or downloading data from net

Open up the computer and clean the dust out of the fan and processor heat sink. If it is a temperature-controlled variable speed fan, it will probably not have to work so hard to keep the processor cool.

If it is a fixed-speed fan, it may be getting loud because the bearings are wearing out. Gently try to rock the fan blade unit - it should not have any wobble or slop in the bearings, and it should rotate easily.

If necessary, clean as much dust as you can out of the power supply without taking it apart.

Do not use a regular vacuum cleaner to **** dust off the motherboard. The high-velocity airflow may generate electrostatic charges that can damage the board. It's probably OK to vacuum out the heat sink if you hold the fan still to keep the vacuum cleaner from over-speeding it.

Sir i am using asus motherboard(ASUS M2N68-AM SE2) in my pc, when i switch on my pc the processor fan and smps fan is rotating for few seconds(4 to 6 Seconds) and it stopped rotating. 1. the monitor shows...

remove all the ram from motherboard and switch on the system and see it is working or not like just on and fan are rotating and the smps fan is also working and your system is giving beep sound for ram.try with other smps also some time problem with power supply also. Remove the connector of power switch and restart switch and directly try to on from shorting the connector with the help of pen or screw driver point. Some time faulty switch also give problem. Just try all these possibilities.

Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Thanks.
Have a good day.

Computer Beeps When Windows is Loading

First, you should be sure that the cooling fans are working properly. Especially the one that is on or directed to the processor. You'll need to open the system up to check this. Turn on the system and make sure all the fans are spinning fast. Now, check for lots of dust or dirt on the fans and processor heat sink. Most likely, the inside of your tower needs to be cleaned. If there is too much dust and dirt in the fans and on the processor heat sink, it can't cool itself and the system shuts down to prevent damage to the processsor once it gets to a certain tempature. I have seen this often. You will need to use a can of air on the fans and processor heat sink. There will be a lot of dust and dirt that will come flying up....which is good Then use a vacuum and a soft bristle attachment to get out the remaining dust. Put the system back together and you should be good.

Your manual should show you how to take the cover off your PC to access the motherboard.

I hope this helps you.

WHEN I START MY PC MY CPU FAN TURNS ON AUTOMATICALLY

Some models are designed this way. Other boards will increase the fan as the processor gets hotter. I would recommend leaving the fan always running as fast as possible. Processors and other components in your PC put out a lot of heat, and heat is your enemy, shortening the life of your pc.

CPU Heating Problem

Actually, when you play 3d games, it takes a lot of processor usage, thus more heat is generated from the processor. The system compensates this heat by increasing the speed of the fan. Try downloading a sensor for your processor(usually available in the drivers CD or the motherboard's website) to check if the heat is really over the limit. If it is, you may want to clean your fan, put some oil, and replace the heatsink compound. Or if you have extra cash to spare, buy a better cooling system for your processor

Fan stopped

If the fan has stopped, then the processor will overheat. Most vendors have protection so that a non-working fan is detected and the unit will not power up with detecting its rotation. Seems like a repair shop job I'm afraid.
