How do I view what pictures I am about to take on the screen?

We don't know what kind of camera you have, so this is just a general solution that may help. If you're used to seeing the image on the screen 'live' but you're not seeing it right now, then someone probably turned off the display. Find a button that says "DISP" on it, and press it until you get the display you're used to. If this doesn't work for you, post again, and say what kind of camera you have.

When I try to boot up it says windows did not start properly and it just keeps rolling this screen. It flashes to the windows xp for a second and then goes back to the screen saying it did not start...

Restore from Factory Default

Screen does not display image


make the "live view"/"viewing screen" first enable by locating it in your menu or your settings. then after that you can go back from taking picture by using the viewing screen

in regards of viewing the pictures taken, press the display button. keep pressing until the viewing screen appears

You're seeing the histogram, which shows valuable information about your picture's exposure. While viewing, press up/down to cycle through the different views of the picture.

I would like sto dump my system, and start over. Syst: Gateway GT5220. running Windows XP service pack 3


this will perform an install that will eraseeverything and start over.

LCD Screen does not work properly


Your camera works just like a film camera SLR,. You use the eyepiece to frame and focus your picture. The LCD screen is for reviewing pictures taken or menu operations. You cannot preview a shot on screen before it is taken with the camera.

Touble Viewing Picture


I have that problem. What I do to view the pics is to save it to the phone and then view the pictures from My Stuff/Graphics.
