Hi,

Yes you have to hook up the red wires together to the + and both black ones to the negative, otherwise the antenna won't be supply in current , and don't forget to insert behind the red wire a fuse and a switch to avoid to discharge your battery .

Replace the registration roller clutch. 6. Replace the LGC board. YES Check if there is any abnormality in the space between the registration motor and the registration roller (metal). Check if the registration roller (rubber) is rotating smoothly. Check the condition of the registration roller at the horizontal transport section and clean or replace it. * If the error [E010] caused by a paper jam underneath the drum cleaner often occurs due to an insufficient paper separation from the photoconductive drum, set a smaller value in the code 08-841, and see what happens. At this time, however, pay attention to the transferability at the leading edge of the paper since this transferability can be slightly narrowed depending on the environments and conditions under which the equipment is placed or the media type of the paper used. (Refer to 3.6.1 in this manual about the details of the code 08-841.)

Where does the black wire on the valet switch for a older model viper 300 12p pin ongl with gray valet wire

Hello Jesse,
I am not sure what kind of a valet switch that you currently have for replacement, however all viper systems use a two wire connector, with one gray wire and one black wire and a blue connector on the end. All this does when you hit the switch is series, or connect the two wires. The brain reads the number of pulses that is receiving the specified timeframe and then completes the command based on the set number of pulses. This connector is a separate 2 pin connector from the 12 pin main harness. This will be located when looking at the 12 pin harness on the right side of the brain.

C440 problem and wait

If 1st time occur, u can just go to 08-400, reset the value to "0" then restart the machine. When this code not cleat 08-400 then check these all thengs..
1.Check the thermistors
(1) Check if the connectors are disconnected.
(2) Check if the main and edge thermistors are in contact with the surface of the fuser roller properly?
(3) Check if the harnesses of the main and edge thermistors are open circuited.

2. Check the IH board and IH coil

(1) Check if the IH coil is broken.
(2) Check if the connector of the IH coil is disconnected.
(3) Check if the thermostat is blown.
(4) Check if the connectors on the IH board are disconnected (AC input connector and LGC I/F connector
CN455/456).
(5) Check if the IH board or the switching power supply unit are abnormal.
• Replace the IH control board.

3. Check the LGC board
(1) Check if the connectors CN316 are disconnected.
(2) Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short circuited or open circuited.
(3) Replace the LGC board.

Thanks

Error c472

[C471/472/473/474/475] indicates IH power voltage abnormality or IH initial abnormality

Clear the status counter (08-400) to "0". If still occur again, u need to check followings:

1. Check the AC input voltage
2. Check the thermostat
3. Check the IH control board
- Check if the AC input connector on the IH control board, the LGC I/F connectors CN455 is dis-connected?
- Check if the fuse on the IH control board has blown.
- Replace the IH control board.
4. Check the LGC board

Error code C380 paper feed failure

c380 indicates auto-toner error for black developer (K).

Check following:

Is the harness between the LGC board and the developer unit drawer connector open-circuited?
Is any harness inside the developer unit or the auto-toner sensor harness open-circuited?
Is the auto-toner sensor connector or the connector CN341 on the LGC board disconnected?

IF connector no problems, then u probably need to replace the auto toner sensor.
