You need a USB Data Cable to connect your phone and plug it onto your Mac PC. Go to My Computer and look for the drives like E, F or G. These drives are usually used for removable storage device. Open that drive and you can see various folders in it. Look for the folder named "images" or "Photos" you can see there the pictures stored in your phones memory. Then you can now start downloading the photos by copying the files onto your PC.
