Check what cable you plugged into the xbox...and be sure is not the main internet cord that it supposed to be in the wlan port of the router ...and get a cable from one of the router's LAN port into the xbox..and leave the main one into the wlan ..this way you will have wireless ...if the configuration on cables is ok ...get into the settings of the router from the admin computer the settings were made in the first place ....and see whats wrong with the wireless settings ..they may be disabled by mistake ..or another odd reason ...and enable the wireless transmitting again ..
