Question about Apple iPod nano
Having trouble trying to clear all data off an 2nd gen ipod that was giving to me by my job that was left in the lost and found for over three months so they let me have it. bought the usb cord and all, but my computer will not pick it up, so i bought and philips that came with an CD. so i gave the ipod to my brother, to see if he can work with it and he is having the same problem as i was, is there any way you can help us solve this
What you need to do is download itunes. when you plug in the ipod to your computer via usb it should read your ipod, then you highlight the ipods name and click restore to factory (but first try to get all the music off if you want it.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
