Hello, I love my kuerig, had it for two years then it started only giving partial cups of coffee , then stopped completely. I took it apart , and found one of the two solenoilds leaks water down the transformer onto the airpump motor which causes it to rust out and fail . If you are handy and willing a place on the net sells the little pump, no one that I have found sells the solenoid but I will post pics of my fix, it looks hoaky but it is cheap and works great. The website is mpja.com the motors cost about 5.00 each + shipping , I bought 4 just in case and because they are cheap. I cut a plastic cup in half to sheild the transformer and a k cup to shield the air pump and used zip ties to secure them , the pump only has 1 phillips screw holding it on and a black wire and a red wire connected , I cut those wires and spliced the new pump in then soldered and shrink wrapped the wires , the hardest part of the whole deal is taking the case off , lots of screws and tabs but then its easy.Mine has been working great for 6 months now!water coming out of vent - 3_19_2012_4_58_53_pm.jpg

I am appalled that Kuerig expects you to pay for online tech services. It is not like the problem i had was something no other consumer has ever experienced. It has definately turned me off to this brand which is extremelly disappointing because i was a huge supporter until this issue.
Kuerig has just lost one loyal customer.

Why cant I get a full cup of coffee

Brewing a Partial Cup
If the brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:
  • The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
  • The brewer needs to be descaled. Please refer to the descaling instructions.
  • The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup pack.

It's brewing partial cups. We've descaled, checked the K cup, and run water through without the K-Cup

Our Keurig only dispenses a partial cup of coffee. We descaled as recommended and did the paperclip cleaning of the need,es and no improvement. When we press brew, it draws an appropriate amount of water...

Keurig coffee maker dispenses only part of a cup (about 5 ounces) after brewng one cup. Running a second clear cup (w/o K-cup) shows coffee grounds in cup of clear water. the maker will then brew a full cup of coffee. It appears that the top pin is too long and goes into the coffee after it punches through the top of the K-cup. Some of the gorunds appear to get stuck in the top pin.

Does not dispense water unless you pinch vent in water tank.

If your Keurig is putting water out the vent and back into the reservoir. Open the front, using a flashlight and a toothpick, clean the coffee grinds out of the little hole in the needle that pierces the K cup. When it becomes clogged with grinds the water either has to come out the vent or the coffee maker will burn out. It is a safety mechanism.

B60 is not operating properly

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the pressure safety kicking in. The bottom hole didn't punch through on the K-cup. Check to make sure that is not the problem.
