Question about Olympus Cameras
Hi John. This is a free service unless you decide to get premium advice from a professional and you will be told the cost beforehand so do not worry. I am a volunteer. My guess is that you have connected the camera's USB cable to the computer? Some new model cameras charge that way, but in most cases the battery has to be taken out of the camera and charged in a special unit that plugs into an AC wall socket. The camera-USB cable being slightly wobbly may not be a problem. The cable is used to download the photos to the computer. Download and read the manual from Olympus.
