Question about Troy bilt Super Bronco Tiller 208cc
I just solved this one. There is an orifice that controls the "run" fuel that is held in place by the idle adjustment screw. Remove the air cleaner. Remove he airbox mount plate held in place by two screws. Remove the choke control face plate that is held in place with two chrome cap nuts. This also secures the carburetor to the intake. Disconnect the fuel line. Disconnect the throttle shaft linkage and spring. Remove carb from intake studs. Remove the idle adjustment screw. Carefully pry the plastic orifice plug out of the carburetor body. Clean the orifice with a small torch tip cleaner. I used the smallest one in the set. I think it may be around .010 inch or so. While you have the carb off remove the bowl and clean the main jet and make sure the float and needle are clean and move freely. Reverse steps to assemble. I bet it starts first pull and runs choke off after minimal warm up.
