Fuel starvation, replace the filter in the tank, when it starts to die just try loosening the fuel filer cap, if it picks up, you need to replace the fuel tank breather.

My saw stops rotating during cutting

does the motor stop? If not the gears are worn between armature and spindle. If it does stop you could be applying too much pressure trying to cut with a blunt blade or there is an armature fault.

Mitre saw blows breaker

bad cord, switch wired wrong, or bad motor. Pull the cover off the motor. Disconect the power. Sping the balde by hand and look at the bars on the comm, end of the armature. They should be evenly colored and the spacing between them should be even and clean cut looking. If there is heavy discoloration on one or two bars or heavy pitting between a couple bars the armature is likely bad.

Skilsaw 5150 7 1/4'' stopped working, I think it overheated?

Yes, it overheated. Not worth fixing, replace it. What happens is that with a very heavy load the saw tries to run a lot of current through the little coil wires that are only insulated with varnish. They heat up, the varnish melts, and a few of them short out together, which increases the current further, causing more heat and more melting until enough shorting in the coils that it won't do anything except trip a breaker. To avoid this in the future-- always use a heavy-enough extension cord and always use a sharp blade. You need a heavy enough cord so that it can supply full voltage instead of more current. The nick in the cord could have contributed to this.

Will this saw be able to cut steel on truck and trailer frames? the steel may be 2-3 inches thick in some places. other places only about a half inch thick. is this a good tool for cutting heavy metal?

Never heard of cutting steel with a chain saw. What works best for me has been a sawzall with a good quality steel cutting blade. The real thin metal cutting blade on a circular saw works pretty good also.

My saw keeps cutting out when cutting heavy wood, does that mean my saw is wore out, or what can i do

When it cuts out while cutting heavy wood, there are several things you can do.

First, check to be sure you are not feeding the wood in too fast.
Next, be sure the saw blade is clean of pitch.
And, be sure the blade and fence are aligned.
Are the teeth of the saw showing completely over the wood? Just the tooth should stick up over your board.
Also, if this is a continuous problem despite cleaning and all the above, installing heavier belts sometimes helps.

Engine cuts out during heavy rains. This started

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT WITH AN ASTRO VAN. THE PROBLEM WAS WATER WAS GETTING INTO THE FUEL PUMP CONNECTOR UNDERNEATH THE VAN, NEXT TO THE FUEL TANK.THIS WAS CAUSING A SHORT, NOT BAD ENOUGH TO BLOW THE FUSE, BUT ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE PUMP TO SHUT DOWN. BEST WAY TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM IS TO FIND THE CONNECTOR AND SPRAY IT WITH WATER WHILE THE VAN IS RUNNING. ALSO DO A WIGGLE TEST, THIS IS DONE BY GRABBING THE HARNESS TO THE PUMP AND MOVING IT AROUND, IF YOU HAVE A LOOSE CONNECTOR OR A BAD WIRE THE VAN SHOULD SHUT OFF.

I do not know your machine but from previous experience I know that a sircular saw blade wobbles when it was over heated during use.
