Question about Epson Office Equipment & Supplies

I have an epson photh R300. The ink and paper light blinks. i put all new ink in it and it says "printer parts at end of service life." It won't move or do anything after that all I can do is turn it off.

The printer's counter shuts the printer down after "x" number of prints, since the ink-pad is typically saturated with excess ink at that point. You won't have to take it to get serviced if you simply blot the excess ink from the ink-pads and reset ther counter. To reset the counter, download this program and install.

Error Service required


Epson programmed their printer to monitor the waste ink counter andyour printer has reached the maximum value allowed, you have to resetyour printer to clear the waste ink counter.

To reset the counter, download re-setter program here, install and follow the instruction in the web site.

You actually need to change the ink absorber.

Heres a video on how its done on the R800.

Please refer to your manual for proper localization of the ink absorber.

Doing this will get you to move on
