Question about Epson Office Equipment & Supplies
The printer's counter shuts the printer down after "x" number of prints, since the ink-pad is typically saturated with excess ink at that point. You won't have to take it to get serviced if you simply blot the excess ink from the ink-pads and reset ther counter. To reset the counter, download this program and install.
http://inkjetprinterhelp.us/epsonSSC.html or http://www.ssclg.com/epsone.shtml remember to blot excess ink off the ink-pad, and then follow the instructions to reset the counter. Good luck!!! JohnsGroovyWebsite.com
