SOURCE: Sunbeam Microwave stopped working suddenly

Here's the overview on fuse blows: If the fuse blows as soon as you plug the oven in the wall, or when you open the door, the problem is likely with the door switches. If the fuse blows as soon as you hit START, then it's likely that you have a shorted high-voltage capacitor. If the fuse blows a few seconds after you hit START, then it's likely that you have an overheating / shorting high-voltage transformer. If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, troubleshooting info, door switch info, etc. at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

SOURCE: no power to Sunbeam microwave

Yes.

Microwave ovens do have an internal fuse, however you should not attempt to replace it yourself without grounding and discharging the main capacitor within the microwave oven as it will hold a considerable charge even if the device has been powered off for a considerable time.

My Sunbeam Microwave SGB8901 lights up and seems to be working, but it doesn't heat anything. Is this fixable?

Only 2 years old? Hopefully you still have owner's manual, troubleshooting section should help you look for the problem. Hopefully, there is a circuit breaker, or perhaps a fuse. I hope it was not used with a metal object accidentally. No help? Check with Sunbeam Customer service, be nice, they usually are helpful.
