Question about Garmin Quest GPS Receiver
My Garmin Quest screen is froze up. It is unresponsive to any buttons.
"If your Quest locks up....on rare occasions, your Quest may freeze or lock up. In this case, reset the Quest by pressing the unit's Power key and the IN key at the same time. This will turn off your Quest. The unit will operate normally when you turn it on again."

If the unit completely locks up you can reboot to factory settings. 1) To turn unit off, hold the power and in button down. This should turn it off. Hold the power, page and OK button to turn unit back on. This will put your unit back to all default setting. "all other info and way points will be lost". I waited 40 mins for Garmin to help me with this. Good Luck!

Sometimes, selecting power-in doesn't work. In those cases, selecting page-OK-power has worked for me. That selection is called a "hard reboot" and not restores operation, but also deletes downloaded maps, routes, and waypoints, and forgets preselected options.
