you may have a kink in the water line leading to the icemaker. the leak is due to warm water entering the icemaker itself. i would also check the water valve in the icemaker itself and ice actuators or paddles to any breakage.

Either the inlet valve is stuck or the icemaker solenoid is shored.
Most likely the second one.

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.
Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help

I think that you may be barking up the wrong tree there...
It is not your ice maker, but instead it is the defrost drain....
When your unit defrosts the coil the water does not run down the drain but instead it runs out onto the freezer floor...
To figure this out you will have to remove the food from the freezer then remove the shelving and the back of the freezer.... there is a drain back there that runs the water away from the coils...make sure it is not clogged or frozen...
