This sounds like a problem you would want to contact ACER about. It sounds like there may be a problem with your BIOS or even with the motherboard itself. If you are still under warranty, ACER should repair your laptop at no cost to you. Otherwise, you will have to take the computer to a local repair shop, or try to get help from a company like Geek Squad.
