Click the "Start" button then click the "Run" button after type the word "msconfig" then click start up and disable what programs you don't want, click services and disable those services you don't want. or just search for Optimizer softwares such as Advanced System Care pro of the free version, Speed up my computer software and other Iorbit optimizers.
